2 cups spring lettuce mix
4 figs, quartered

1/4 cup blackberries

2 tablespoons dried cranberries

1/4 cup pecans

2 tablespoons goat cheese
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon honey

salt and gresh cracked epper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Spread greens out on a plate and nestle the fig quarters in the lettuce.
  • Sprinkle the salad with cranberries, pecans, blackberries, and goat cheese.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper. Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
