INGREDIENTS
3 pound salmon filet
2 fresh lemons
2 tbsp fresh dill
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Place salmon on foil. 

  • Squeeze and drizzle the juice of one lemon over salmon. 

  • Sprinkle the filet with garlic, salt and pepper, and dill. Top with round lemon slices. 

  • Smoke for about an hour and a half or until the internal temperature is 140 degrees F. 
  • Take off heat, let the salmon rest for five minutes and serve.
