INGREDIENTS
3 pound salmon filet
2 fresh lemons
2 tbsp fresh dill
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Place salmon on foil.
Squeeze and drizzle the juice of one lemon over salmon.
Sprinkle the filet with garlic, salt and pepper, and dill. Top with round lemon slices.
- Smoke for about an hour and a half or until the internal temperature is 140 degrees F.
- Take off heat, let the salmon rest for five minutes and serve.
