1 teaspoon finely grated peeled ginger
- In a mug, muddle ginger and mint until the mint becomes fragrant.
Add vodka and stir well.
Add peach nectar, lime juice, and a few cubes of ice, and stir.
- Top off with soda water and give it another quick stir.
Garnish Moscow Mule with lime (or peach!) slices and mint.
